Milton placed 7th on a top 10 list! MONEY magazine reports that this year's list contains a Massachusetts town that meets their criteria. The towns selected must have populations between 7,500 and 50,000. Criteria considered in the evaluation includes economic vitality, job availability, safety, resident’s health, ethnic and racial diversity, cultural amenities, green space and other economic and quality-of-life measures.
